Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged in full. Monthly plans renew according to the written agreement and require written cancellation before the next billing date. Enrollment, onboarding, research, document review, and completed work are generally nonrefundable. Any approved refund will be limited to services not yet performed and may be reduced by processing, administrative, and completed-work charges.
